Hello darlings. I am bringing you a review of a set of DVDs from the Private® line, the Tropical Deluxe Box Set 2. Pure Play Media, which has a stellar reputation for quality and high production values, distributes this line of DVDs. Private Tropical Deluxe Box Set 2 features six (6) DVD’s from the Tropical series (#7-#12): Coconut Holiday, Ocean Dream, Coral Honeymoon, Caribbean Airlines, Dream Girls in St. Martin, and Sin Island. All six discs are set in exotic, sun-bathed locations which in themselves contribute to the overall eroticism. Let’s look at each DVD is a bit more detail, shall we?

Coconut Holiday (number 7 in the Tropical series) was shot on location in the Seychelles. This title, as well as the other five, is directed by Alessandro Del Mar. Some of the male stars in this title look fabulous with their ripped bodies and glistening muscles. Good use of facials, oral, and anal sex is made to complement the more typical sexual positions employed. I personally liked the balance between the different sexual positions that is achieved by this film.

Ocean Dream (number 8) was also shot on location in the Seychelles. This disc features quite a number of sexy scenes set against a mansion, a boat, and various tropical island locales. The characters largely have European accents, giving the performances an international flair. Thoughtful camera angles allow for the sex to be captured but also reveal the exotic landscape; the combination of which keeps the viewer engrossed. Interestingly, Ocean Dream is the only title in the package to have an indication on the disc that it is in the 16:9 anamorphic widescreen format.

Coral Honeymoon (number 9) features five languages: English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian. Here there are both indoor and outdoor scenes, with the outdoor ones capturing some of the pristine Caribbean waters (Martinique) in the background. A little over an hour and twenty minutes into the film there is a fabulous DP scene. You may want to read my article, “Tips on Double Penetration for Beginners” if you are not, shall I say, experienced in this area. All of the sex reminds me of my last vacation to Martinique, but that’s a story I’ll save for another time, darlings…

Caribbean Airlines (number 10) was shot in Martinica. More DP action continues here, taking place in and around a pool this time. We haven’t talked much about the clothing. Due to the setting, most of the stars are wearing typical beach attire, such as bikinis and the like. The Tropical series is more about the sex and the scenery and less focus is put on costuming. For you guys out there who like furry muffs, about forty minutes in there is a scene for you and again about an hour and fifteen minutes into the picture.

Dream Girls in St. Martin (number 11) is presented in a staggering 11 languages! If you can’t find a language on this disc that you can understand, you’ve got serious problems baby! In case you were wondering, this is not an all-girl feature. My girlfriends out there will be pleased to know that some very studly hunks are both giving and receiving some serious sex play. This and the other titles in the package are light on plot, as is true of a lot of the DVDs out there. But that’s OK if you’re just after a lot of sex action in beautiful locations.

Sin Island (number 12 and the last title in the package) starts out with a strip club setting, cutting over quickly to a ménage-à-trois scene. The lighting and the quality of the camera used for the photography are high quality. These things can be hit or miss with other titles on the market, which is why I like the Private DVDs so much. In terms of the sex you can expect in this disc number 12, it’s very much in line with the previous discs in the series with no surprises.

This polished, professional package represents a lot of value, as you are getting six DVDs for under $60. Compared to the price of other adult DVD titles which can typically range from $20-$30 per disc, this package is a serious bargain. In all, you are getting nine hours of XXX action, a whopping 40 scenes, and 20 girls. All six of the titles include the following extras: Extras include trailers, making of, cast (brief details on cast members), book (photo gallery), notes (brief notes about the production), and other titles (previews of other films.) There is plenty here to turn you on, and enough anal sex to possibly inspire some of you who’ve yet to try anal to give it a go (read my article, “How to Perform Anal Sex Without Pain.”) I think without a doubt this set will keep you enthralled for many months.
