Jungle Gym is a card game with two types of cards. The first set of cards consists of various scenarios or actions that are to be performed. The second set of cards consists of points that can be awarded for successful completion of the actions. Action cards run the full gamut from the easy (but not as fun) talk about one method a couple uses to practice safe sex, to multi-penetration and fisting at the extreme end. An action card can always be turned down and the ladies always have final say on whether they want to attempt an action. Ladies also draw the action cards. If there are any disputes about the rules of the game, then a majority vote by the ladies decide. This is common in swinging and often referred to as the ladies’ veto.

Action cards are further divided into various sub-categories like All Play, Call to Action, and Circle Game. All Play is generally a group effort that requires everyone to play. Call to action is a solo adventure, one on one fun, or one on many excitement. Circle Game (and there are only a few of these) usually involve some sort of group masturbation activity but done in a creative way.

Jungle Gym sounds simple enough to play without getting bogged down in rules, but how is it when field tested? We took the game to a party of about 20 couples some friends of ours were throwing. Twenty couples was a little too much to play all at once and only about 5 couples were really interested in trying the game, so things worked out good. What I can tell you is that 1) our couple didn’t win, 2) there were some couples that were willing to do more than us, and they took the top prize and got a lot of attention. Something about fisting and anal sex didn’t appeal to my partner, so we lost some key points. We finished near the top as there were still a lot of other actions that we did well that were a little less extreme. Everyone had a great time and we were all sexed out by the end of the game which lasted for a few hours.

Jungle Gym comes with playing cards, instructions, a “Sex is Fun!” bumper sticker, an insert describing other Sexploration Games (read our game reviews), and a nice color safe sex guide. Not everything is included with the game, so you may want to get some supplies together before playing. You’ll need a blindfold, timer, safe-sex implements, lubrication, and as many willing couples as you can get together. If you are soft-swap this game won’t work out for you as too many of the activities require full interaction. However, this game is still fun to watch being played. If you are the jealous type or can’t handle your man or woman being with someone else then this is definitely not the game for you and watching the festivities would be more prudent.

Fun game, easy rules, creative actions, and made for swingers. What’s not to love? About the only thing I would like to see added to the game is a small timer for some of the timed actions. If you want to add a little spice to your next get together and add some new motions to your play then give this game a try.
