So how does it work? The Peter Sucker will create a vacuum intense enough to make sure you are fully erect and to the point it will become painful unless you ease up with the built in pressure relief valve. The pressure relief valve is located next to the bulb hand-pump; pressing the button will allow air to enter the chamber and decrease the vacuum in case you drop the pressure too much. I found that when using this toy that a little lubrication around the jelly ring helped slide my penis in and create a good seal. I also enjoyed creating a high vacuum and then easing off with the pressure relief valve. The built-in ruler was actually quite useful as I could see just how big I had become and I would try for a little bit more each time I pumped up. I am guessing over extended use that the full extension that the Peter Pucker delivers may actually enlarge the penis. The Peter Sucker will certainly give you the largest erection you have ever had as it maximizes blood flow into the penis by creating a negative pressure that your blood will quickly try to balance by filling your penis. Once I reached a comfortable pressure and extension on my penis, I found that the vibrating mechanism provided that much more stimulation. Although I don’t think the vibration increased my size, it certainly added to the experience.

I really enjoyed reviewing the Peter Sucker. It is the first time I have ever examined a vibrating penis pump and given the choice between a regular penis pump and a vibrating unit, I would opt for the Peter Sucker. There are a couple of minor items, I would like to see improved to make this the perfect pump. One thing that can make or break a pump is the quality of seal that the base of the unit provides. In the case of the Peter Sucker, Doc Johnson uses a soft jelly material. This material provides a secure and comfortable fit, but it does tend to follow my penis into the tube under high vacuum. This is a function of the jelly material being soft and is a fair trade-off – I just wish there was a better way to keep the ring in place while still making it easy to clean and comfortable. This was a minor annoyance and tended to be less of an issue as I got more experience working with the pump. Another option I wish could be added was a vacuum regulator that would automatically engage if I created too much vacuum. Of course an option like this would need to be able to be set by each user as individual tolerances would vary. The last thing I noticed that really isn’t a problem with the product but a caution for its usage is to pay special attention as the base of the penis pump gets near your testicles. If it gets too close, it may try to suck one or both in, which could be a less then enjoyable experience if your balls get squeezed through the base.

The Peter Sucker can be habit forming, especially if you are looking to extend the size of your penis. Each time I play with the unit, I see just how much pressure I can bare and how big I become. I am certain that over time as long as I don’t over do it that I will see some enlargement. I’ll let the readers of SiliconSlave know after a few months of usage, if I was able to see any growth results. As far as clean-up goes, the Peter Sucker is waterproof and the jelly ring detaches easily. I give the unit a good spray of my favorite sex toy cleaner and then rinse with warm water. I let it air-dry before my next use. The Peter Sucker can create a strong vacuum that if overdone can cause a painful erection if the pressure relief valve is not engaged, so be careful when increasing the vacuum as you don’t want to ruin your fun. Overall, I had fun with this sex toy and intend to continue to use it to see just how big I can become.
