I received an evaluation unit of Doc Johnson™ Body Sensations Body Balm recently. The timing was good as I was able to bring it with me on that Atlantic City trip. The product comes in a small plastic jar (4 ounces) and is brilliant green in color. It has a fresh mint smell similar to mint mouthwash. On the tongue Body Balm has a surprisingly strong, almost peppermint taste that quickly subsides to a pleasant mint aftertaste. It’s the menthol in the balm that gives it these properties.

Back in Atlantic City I placed a small amount of the Body Sensations on my erection. Although in the jar the product looks thick and jelly-like, in reality it is fairly thin in texture and rubs rapidly into the skin. I was quite amazed at just how fast it rubs into the skin. My sex partner enjoyed the taste (once she adjusted to it) and later commented that it enhanced her part of the oral sex experience. At this point a re-application of Body Balm product was necessary before the commencement of the Main Event.

I initially used it with a condom with good results. The condom, coupled with the numbing sensation of the Body Balm made ejaculation much harder to achieve. So in net effect it did indeed prolong the sexual activity as desired. Later, I experimented with it during a session of masturbation. Again, good results although the purpose of delaying orgasm during masturbation may be questioned by some.
