At first it looked like it might be a little too complicated to enjoy based on all the functions it sports, but it has all been simplified to two buttons that makes operation a piece of cake (that reminds me I better set the timer on one I just put in). The unit consists of four pieces. A protective cap that sits on the face of the vibrator, the vibrating unit, detachable cord that runs between the vibrating unit and of course the master controller/battery pack.

The controller has two rocker buttons that allow for a variety of intensities and vibration patterns. The intensity button allows me to turn the unit on and vary from 1 to 10 with 1 being – hello are you really on to 10 being – whoa, timeout. The second rocker button allows me to select between 5 different patterns (continuous, pulse, two low pulses & one big pulse, ramp all the way up – start over low intensity to high intensity, rollercoaster – ramp up in intensity and then scale back down). My favorite is the rollercoaster as it gives me one helluva ride (if you know what I mean) plus it allows me to recover a little from the peak while keeping some stimulation going.

This sex toy is designed to be used primarily as a stimulator, not a full on vibrator, so I wouldn’t recommend inserting it. I use it against my love button and that seems to work quite well. I also use it to stimulate the head of my hubbie’s penis. Nothing like a little oral plus Rocket Booster stimulation on his tip and balls to get him all worked up. I also found that it was a bit of a trick to use on the nipples as well. It just isn’t shaped right for anal stimulation, so unless you really want to spread your cheeks I would say there are better toys out there.

One bonus feature that my hubbie pointed out to me (he is such a techno weenie) that I may have missed otherwise was that the vibrating unit can be detached from the cable and controller and used standalone. To do this I needed to unclip the cable, twist the vibrating unit open, and insert a AA battery (the reassemble). This was pretty quick and what is cool about this is that I can now slip it in my purse and have a one-speed compact stimulator without having to worry about cords. One speed is plenty for me, especially while I am on the go. PTA meeting getting a little boring, I excuse myself for a second and give myself a quickie that makes everything runs much smoother (my hubbie wonders why I always come home with a smile on my face after the meetings).

What can I say, I love this portable gadget. It is now a staple in my sex toy regimen and comes out to play just about every day. If it can handle the amount of use I have been giving it, it should stand up quite well for the average toy player. I just need to be sure that I don’t accidentally activate it in my purse.
