Icey Cool Homemade Sex Toy (The Luster)

A step-by-step guide to creating your own frozen work of 'sex'!

Icey Cool Home-made Sex Toy Recently the good doctor was off swinging with some of his closest friends and I made a comment about breaking out some ice-cubes to tease one of my partners.  She really liked the idea, but unfortunately I couldn’t follow through due to lack of ice.  So that got me thinking how could I turn it up a notch and drive my patients wild with desire.

Do you like to play with ice cubes?  Like the cool sensation as they run up and down your body?  Ever wonder how it might feel if your lover's shaft were replaced with an icey cool shaft?  Looking for something no-one else has in a home-made sex toy?  If you answered yes to any of these questions and would like to attempt a little do-it-yourself experimentation then this is the article for you.

Disclaimer:  Attempt this at your own risk.  No one at SiliconSlave or ToyTek Media assumes any responsibilities for you following these instructions.  Consult with your physician before utilizing any of the advice given in this article concerning the construction or use of a home-made sex toy.  This article is purely for novelty and entertainment purposes.  Remember that you are contemplating putting ice next to your skin (potentially wet skin) – think frost bite or worse.

INGREDIENTS

Icey cool home-made sex toy shafts can be made with a few simple products found around your house.  Collect the following items.
Trojan Twisted Pleasure Condoms
1) A Condom - this will form the basic shape of your home-made sex toy mold.  It is important that you find a good solid condom that holds it shape well and does not deform.  I found that using the new Trojan® Twisted Pleasure™ condom worked well.

Another condom that works quite well is the Inspiral™; works wonders as a mold.

2)    A sports bottle or other type of container with a circular rim.  This container needs to be deep enough that the condom when extended will not touch the bottom.  I found that the ideal container is a refillable sports bottle about 10 inches high.  It is important that the circular rim has a diameter greater then the head of the condom when extended.

HOW TO MAKE THEM

The actual process is quite simple:

  1. Take the cap off the sports bottle as if you were getting ready to fill it up with your favorite beverage.
  2. Unwrap the latex or silicone condom of your choice being careful not to rip or puncture.
  3. Fill the condom with filtered or bottled water about 2/3 its length.
  4. Place the condom inside the sports bottle and fold the rolled edge of the condom over the edge of the sports bottle; be careful not to rip the condom on the edge of the bottle. Be sure to leave a small area of the rim un-sealed for now so that air can escape as you finish filling the condom.
  5. Finish filling the condom.
  6. Finish rimming the sports-bottle (container) with the condom base.  You should now have a condom filled with water suspended in your container.
  7. Place the container in your freezer.
  8. Depending on the cooling capacity of your freezer, you should have an Icey home-made sex toy in a few hours.
  9. Unfurl the condom base from the rim and remove from the container.
  10. If you choose to remove the home-made sex toy from the condom, you may need to give it a quick rinse to remove any lubricant (although most lubricants used with condoms are edible).

You can use the new toy now, or leave it in the freezer for use on a special occasion.

VARIATIONS / TRICKING IT OUT

For variations on this theme, you can also follow the above instruction but with a piece of cardboard and a small vibrator (think Lipstick Vibe).  Follow the above steps all the way through step 8, but only fill the condom about ¾ with water and let if freeze solid.  Now for a vibrating version take the card board and punch a small hole in the middle such that the shaft but not the base of the vibrator will fit through.

Before filling the condom completely with water, insert the mini vibrator and the card-board such that it is supported by the rim of the container.

Finish filling the condom with water.  Make sure the base of the vibrator is snug against the ceiling of the refrigerator or it may push out as the ice expands.  Getting the vibrator to freeze in place can be a little tricky and will require a little experimentation.  Don’t leave your batteries in the vibrator as they will freeze and not work very well (leave them out while freezing the toy and then insert them when it is play time).

Don’t be afraid to experiment; make a batch of them so that you always have some Icey fun on hand.  You may want to try a vibrating egg instead of a Lipstick Vibe. Perhaps break out some juice or some food coloring – just about anything water-based that will freeze should work.  Just be careful as when you go beyond water you run the risk of staining your sheets and the last thing you want to insert into yourself is something that contains sugars (yeast love the stuff and you are begging for problems).

REMEMBER:  Be certain to consult with your physician before engaging in any activities mentioned on this site or in this article.  Remember you are playing with ice!
